What if someone lose his job during the lock down period say by end of April or May. Will there be any discount. Ideally all schools are offering discount in this tough period and GEMS founders should follow the suits.

Other Schools have reduced their fees by 30% why can’t Gems. As school resources are not being used and e-learning is not the same thing

FS group fees should be reduced with 50%. These children are only 4 years old. Obviously the online Leary is not suitable for them.

GEMS should offer a blanket discount at a minimum % across their schools. And furthet apply means-test for families facing hardship.
I can afford for now to pay my childs fees but the justification is this. Why should i pay for a service where i do not get any value.
Seriously considering moving my child to a school with more of an ethical and moral compass.

This relief Package is not only insulting but totally intransparent and an obvious business strategy to discourage parents to apply for a due discount. The fee reduction should be given to all parents, because nobody is getting what they signed for. The KHDA call for compromise is meant to be mutual.

It's really disappointing how GEMS has turned down all the parents effort?
Parents are requesting for fees relief not for charity support.
Above all school requires our bank statements tell me did you require same when we admitted our children to the school?? Was there any contract between if such calamity occurs??
Above all according to the law of ministry of education it is not allowed to ask for bank statement of so and so parents.
We are shareholder of your group it's your duty to keep us satisfied and support us in such situation and so we can help you grow..
Please justify the brand name you earned for these many years.
