I have been put on unpaid leave for the first month and do not know what will come next, it is disappointed that GEMS is still thinking profit oriented rather than under standing over all situation!

The school is too commercial and not willing to bear any responsibility in the current situation (while this should be the case being one of the largest educational organizations)
The role of the school is limited to a 5 min video from the teacher and the whole load is on the patients while asking the exact same fees.
The worst thing that is happening now from the management is that they are trying to sell the emotional idea of having financial commitments (although they are a profitable business).
We are expecting fairness in the fees vs their current “limited” role and not a charity or financial aid.

Agree with the comments. Our kids are not in a fully functioning school with all its facilities. They are mainly schooled by parents who are going through a tough time with work.
