Gems, We Demand Fee Reduction, Not Charity!

We want 20% discount on term 3, not charity.

What happened is totally unacceptable and unfair

I have three children Ameera Saqr year 7 Najwa Saqr year 4 G The amount and afford we are putting at home for many hours deserves recognition from GEMS Haya Saqr FS 2 c

Gems should reduce fees !!

Please follow other schools and check what are they doing.

Below is my second email to GEMS Founder principal. My first email was very formal and after the response - I sent below email. Next time I receive is following-up the payment. ———- Dear Mr. Mathew, Thank you for your email and updates. The situation will be even worst in the coming months and I'm afraid I have to be ready in advance and prepare my family for the coming 1 year or even worst will be 2 years. My husband will be unpaid in the coming (3) months or more and myself will be earning 20% of my basic salary from this month without allowances on what so ever. I don't want to spend the small savings what we have on a regular basis as we will end up zero very soon. I know that the daily operational cost of school will be way reduce in the term 3: 1. DEWA 2. Manpower 3. Simple housekeeping (daily cleaning of the school) 4. Security 5. Activities 6. Administrations + supplies 7 And more ........ I will apply for relief package and will insist for the discount. In this difficult times, I will always see who supports or take advantage of the situation. If the situation gets better and I don't get support this time from GEMS - I will have no option but to transfer my son in other school in next opening. Thank you. Regards, Emma

The school is not offering same quality studies to kids via online learning and parents are forced to be the teacher assistant at home

ELearning platform and learning experience is not worth the full fees that we are asked to pay. In these difficult times we would expect Gems to be more supportive

Asking for a discount for term 3 fees as most of schools in Dubai have already did except Gems education group

We need feed reduction as we are doing everything by ourselves school premises are being used.

Please consider to reduce the fee given the consideration of the current situation.

School fees

Not satisfied with online learning. Moreover, school are saving on so many resources and are saving a lot money therefore, there is no point of paying full fee. At this moment parents are contributing more towards children learning as compared to teachers.

I fully support other parents’ comments as we want a real reduction of tuition fees

We don't need charity we want a discount as all the schools did

Services amount to be removed. Moreover, the administration should realise that in the current situation many of the companies are reducing the allowances & salaries which will have a direct financial impact on the payments therefore the administration should cope & adapt for this change.
