We have done so well working from home and putting ourselves and families at risk. I feel we should telework 100%

My area never had the option of teleworking although our management did, I feel less cared about than before now that I'm in an outbreak area.

We can do are work from home and other state agencies are full time telework if the job permits. This going into a building to catch an illness is not okay. We can do are work from home and have proved it for 2 years now. IT worker.

I think we should stay at a 100% teleworking, we are doing beyond what we are supposed to be doing. Not only that they told us they wanted us to come in to meet our new employees/supervisors and reconnect with management. that is a crock. I had been in the office for two weeks straight and only one supervisor came up and introduce them selfs. For one thing my lead had been in the office the whole time and I did not know she was there till the last day. For my supervisor I have never met, i found out she was in and tried to introduce myself and she told me she did not have time for that she was to busy. So moral still sucks. Just leave us to what we do best is work from home, exceed in production and moral.

My kids are immunocompromised so I have to avoid using the kitchenette and even the restrooms at work for fear of being in close contact. Our health and safety aren't even a priority; this is unethical.

I don't feel safe at work. Why are they putting our lives and our families at risk?

There is no benefit to working in the office. Any culture that management is hoping to build will be killed by the resentment of forcing us back. You will win long term loyalty and employment satisfaction by allowing us to continue to work from home.

Telework 100% or continue to lose more and more of your staff. Yes we are all “replaceable” but at this rate, this is a workers market and anyone with the best skill set, will prefer an employer who is 100% telework vs Hybrid

Please allow all ftb and state employees who have the ability to telework to their maximum potential. For example, an employee who has 75 percent of their duties on their duty statement that can be done remotely should telework 75 percent of their time. Protect our essential workers health!
