They had us telework 109% when it met their needs, and we were more efficient...now they want people to manage and control for ego or thee executive’s peace of mind regardless of the health consequences

Bring back 100% telework for worker safety. FTB is currently in a Covid outbreak that was completely preventable. Hold upper management accountable and demand that they prioritize workers.

Pregnant wife was put in danger in a breakout area and was forced to stay in the office wearing a mask.

No one is wearing masks anymore! It’s disappointing that there has been no management acknowledgment of the increased covid cases in the workplace or current surge. I work in the Sacramento building.

Our health is priority number 1 including our families and coworkers. We deserve better and to be heard. Telework works for most, don't use a one size fits all approach and endanger vulnerable people.
