Don't force people into the office, there is no reason for it.

On 18May22 I sent an eMail to my supervisor that stated: "I wanted to express my concern. It seems like the COVID occurrences are frequently in the double digits now."

This political nonsense of testing, masking, coming into a disease infested environment is one of the reasons people are retiring early or switching departments to work for and choosing 100% telework (yes, there ARE State Agencies where friends apply for 100% telework jobs). No, it's useless... government employee experience is very poor

For the protection for my health and safety along with my coworkers. This appears to be the only option. We’ve seen a surge in Covid numbers as the return to work phases increased to 20% in office and then 40% in office. Please protect us by letting us telework 100%

I am more productive at home, where there are no interruptions and everything is close by. Wasting our personal time commuting to sit on our laptop on MS Teams (just as we would do at home) makes no sense and is endangering our health.

So much STRESS when they send out the information for infections....If teleworking "WORKS"; and is "EFFICIENT"; for the directives to follow (i.e. TEST, MASK, VAX, BOOST) and still can contract the disease. CUT OUT THE POLITICS...

With more people in the building it is making it worse for those of us who have been in house this entire time. Let them work from home and make it safer for us that are required to be on site.

We have proved that 100% Telework works and we are efficient. Why to put our health at risk?

Lincoln Community Coming in everyday is like playing a gaming of roulette. Our health is more important that in person networking. Since I have been coming in to the office I still can't understand why I'm here. I get more work done at home. Too many distractions from co-workers. The building too is stuffy, the air is is like a dry rain forest. Every day I'm here I leave with swollen limbs from the dry air, so now my health is even more compromised. This doesn't happen at home. Something needs to be done, Teleworking was proven effective let us be home safe.

Should be common sense to allow full telework when job is capable of doing so without affecting performance. SMH
