Unsafe to be in the office, puts all of us at risk for Covid. Telework benefits the state, the employees, and the environment.

This can't continue the way it has. It is unacceptable and unethical to demand that we potentially harm ourselves and others for the sake of "preserving FTB culture". No workplace culture is worth the unnecessary spread of a global pandemic.

I have gone the last 2 years without being sick nor contracting Covid. However I became sick with the flu after being back in office for less than 2 months. Telework is the best method to keep everyone safe and working productively. Contracting sicknesses will only slow down the progress of FTB.

Please keep us safe. I am uncomfortable in the environment at FTB and it causes me great anxiety to go in and possibly bring COVID to my family.

It seems the "FTB culture" does not conform to the governor's directives (outbreak prevention, more savings, reduced traffic congestion and pollution, energy conservation, etc.).
Data does not show Productivity and Operational needs have been impacted by Teleworking.

There is no reason to force people back to the office. This exposes workers to covid and adds stress/commute time for no reason.

100% telework for those that have jobs that lend themselves to it should be offered. Coming into the office just for the sake of coming into the office is pointless. So many more distractions, and the risk of getting COVID is great. I would think management would want to reduce this risk for the employees that don't have jobs that lend themselves to telework. Bringing back everyone just exposes them more and could put some critical FTB functions as risk.

It does not feel safe to be in the office when the number of cases is rapidly rising.
