Chicago: Forced to clean/sanitize our own desks; Office shut down for positive test then told to come back into office very next day; What happended to the saying of, "If you sick, stay home!"... Now if you call off sick, that means you have to come into the office to make up the day.
Telecommuting requirements keep changing and don't make logical sense; Little to no communication from management with blame laid at feet of upper mgmt who then blame governor or another state agency; Positive cases keep increasing; Mission & Values of FTB don't seem to include employees' (and their families') health & safety; We were furloughed while the state dramatically increased their Surplus. Coming into office has DRAMATICALLY increased my everyday costs.

For someone with underlying health conditions I would really hope this is considered for everyone at FTB

The RTO plan has been enforced without regard to the health and safety of FTB employees. Since having to return to the office, moral is down across FTB. Staff feel that upper management care more about their "image" with the RTO plan, then the employees who work hard for FTB. We are not OneFTB, staff are scared and stressed about having to come into the office.

It's absurd this is even a question. They know WFH works and has only benefits for all.

Work has been done at home for 2.5 years. For those that have the capacity and bandwidth to telework, why require them to come in?

My greatest risk to getting COVID is coming to the office. My team can get all of our required work completed with high effecicient working from home. Our work force is better to be healthy and work than down sick with COVID.
