i also think they need to clean the horse crap off the road. tired of swerving to miss it everyday on my way to work. they sell poop catcher bags

Agree with lights. How about bags behind their horses to collect their manure. This is enforced in other states.

Today I met a buggy going down 71 in the driving lane. He had two semi-trucks and three vehicles backed up behind him. Totally NOT safe and should not be allowed in the traveling lane.

I droveof horse and buggy for 18 years the exact bucket that is on the picture of this since I left amish and started driving I realize how hard it is to see those Buggy Especially at night they need more lighting it would make it safer for people driving vehicles and them self

I think this is a safety issue for both the carriages and all vehicle traffic.
