Agree with lights. How about bags behind their horses to collect their manure. This is enforced in other states.

I’m all for some type of lightning. It really would be for their own safety.

They should have a light on the back of the buggy you cannot see them at night

Today I met a buggy going down 71 in the driving lane. He had two semi-trucks and three vehicles backed up behind him. Totally NOT safe and should not be allowed in the traveling lane.

I droveof horse and buggy for 18 years the exact bucket that is on the picture of this since I left amish and started driving I realize how hard it is to see those Buggy Especially at night they need more lighting it would make it safer for people driving vehicles and them self

Safety for all citizens is critically important.

I think this is a safety issue for both the carriages and all vehicle traffic.
