We need HOA laws that also protect individual homeowners and groups of homeowners from abusive Associations.

I VOTE many times if it is needed requesting that ALL ASSOCIATIONS should be AUDIT EVERY 6 MONTHS to make sure they use funds for for maintenance, keep complex running well. I am a realtor and buyers can not be financing because associations do not have reserves, the 40 or 50 or 60 years certification has not been done. This is insane people with good faith pay their association and board of directors can not maintain complex well. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM IN MIAMI. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS

Hay que frenar el abuso de las asociaciones en los Condominios, al subir el pago de mantenimiento indiscriminadamente asta el punto de hacerlo insostenible.

MY PBYC UNIT WAS WORTH $440,000 IN 10/21. I WAS JUST OFFERED $240,000. ?$4000/ mos for executive cell phone rental ? I don't think that is just a rumor. In 1998, likewise through a board scam, I paid $78,500 dollars in special assessments which were piled one upon the other--several of the board members were run out of the building.

HOA need to have, at least, meetings every 3 months and the budget must be available to every owner

I'm owner at PBYC # 510 and Jockey Club Phase 1 Condo # 2115. Enforce transparency and annual audit by a third party when the period of association board ends.

Isola Condominium Brickell Key huge corruption for years . Denial of documents, fake invoices , Current President works for FSR the same building that manages Isola currently. Manages a building that’s also managed by FSR . Cassa Brickell. Current President runs her Whatup app and keeps informed a few select owners of projects of Isola while the rest are in the dark . Bringing vendors from her Job condo to do jobs at Isola . Current manager utilizing the isola credit card for personal shopping and the President signs on it . Items that have nothing to do with Isola condominium. One called Hey Wanna Play a gaming store . Actually even the elections Where a fraud .This is just a bit of what’s going on at Isola Condominium in Brickell Key Miami
