JUST LIKE YOU CAN HIRE A POLICE OFFICER. THE STATE NEED CONDO OFFICERS THAT KNOW CONDO THAT COULD BE HIRED BY RESIDENCE. IT WOULD NOT COST THE STATE AND UNIT OWNERS COULD HAVE AN OFFICIAL STEP IN WHO KNOWS THE LAW
