I live in Broward. Can you send me people who know the transpancy laws and other laws pertaining to cooperative. I believe our board is skimming money. Who can I talk to in broward about my cooperative. We have sent in complaints to dbpr -still waitng to hear from them. Is there anyone in broward that deals with cooperative issues?

Look into Westwind Lakes Townhome association. 152 and Sunset Drive. Expired covenants. Illegal association.

We have proof that our association Board of Directors are violating the laws in the State of Florida. Attorney’s fees are costly and we are a small community of only 40 units with many of our residents are seniors on a lower fixed income.

Dozens of residents have been denouncing the high fines that the “Las Ramblas” association, a new community located on Via Ventura in Miami that is now facing this reprehensible practice that arises from the abuse of power of these administrations, as is reported, they do not even make prior written notification warning on the infraction to be punished.
