Thank you for your interest in helping us, because we are unprotected; The HOAs know this and that is why they take arbitrary advantages against the owners, with the absolute consent of the board members, in whom at some point we trusted them and gave them our vote of confidence to represent us and now they abuse power . The people on the boards of these HOAs are supposed to act in a fiduciary capacity, instead they are robbing owners with the increases and communist style tactics.

Current protections for homeowners are toothless which allowed a criminal enterprise disrupt and in some cases destroy the lives of ordinary working class residents in the largest HOA in Florida. New legislation demanding transparency with checks and balances is a must for residents and their HOA’s to thrive as one.
