Need protección for condominium owners, most of the time the association do not explain where the money goes

We live here in Regal Palms Apartments in West Palm Beach at 3500 Springdale Blvd West Palm Beach, FL 33461 and a group of low income Senior Citizens need to have someone investigate why they keep increasing our home owners association fees from $280 a month to $350 and we can not afford these increases. We want someone to look into this and help us with this issue.

Son muchas irregularidades, el aumento de la asociación fue exagerado y no se ven lo que se gastan el dinero, dicen que hay un seguro de propiedad pero no dan ni el nombre para hacer reclamos, no hacen mantenimiento cono dicen y supuestamente habia una reserva de dinero que no se sabe en que lo gastaron. necesitamos ayuda pronto ya que somos gente de edad y se quieren aprovechar de nosotros

Good morning,
I would also audit Vesta properties association here in Doral zip code 33178 Fl. They have built a trap within Highland condo complex on 10407 NW 82ND ST with 4 different associations run by Vesta and they are all interdependent and the owners can’t get anything done. They have all the power and they know it. They increase their fees by 10% every year even during the COVID years without regard, and this year is going up a good 30% to 35%. I don’t know about you but my paycheck doesn’t go up 10% let alone 30/35%. This is thievery at the highest level and it needs to stop right now. These associations are here for us not the other way around. They have abused their power for far too long without accountability. This has to stop and the power should be given to the owners which are the ones paying for everything they do. These associations are a trap and the developers know it. Nobody seems to make houses without this monkey on your back anymore. Hold these associations accountable and stop their pushover and bullying tactics against the owners.
