DEMAND enforcement and transparency over Homeowner Associations

Changes need to happen. Cannot continue being so vulnerable and subject to abuse

I would like association’s to go away completely.

Signing this petition because, our HOA fee has gone up $150 more s month plus Assessment fees!

No la conozco en detalle, pero sugeriría que la junta sea elegida solamente por un año, al cabo del cuál todos los miembros están obligados a renunciar, y si desean se pueden presentar de nuevo, para su reelección. Esto gaantiza que tengan la nesecidad de hacer un buen trabajo para que sean reelegidos.

Jasmine is a subdivision of Hammocks and they charge a monthly association fee of $170 a month in addition to the Hammocks. This board did a 25 percent increase. Another group that is scrupulous.

Need reforms. HOA take advantage of the power and abuse homeowners.

This is so important to the condo owners. Please let me know how I can help so we can have laws that help the owner to keep there property without suffering so much from dysfunctional board associations.
