I was questioning this a few days ago and was so glad to learn today that there was a petition! Racism in sports is always been a huge problem and DAZN needs to take a (strong) stand both through actions and words.

It's unbelievably encouraging to read all the previous comments of the passionate people at DAZN ready to support and drive change wherever we can! I wholeheartedly agree and support this push to do more

Statements only are not enough in our times. We need real action. Happy to call to encourage the company to stand and act on this matter.

DAZN quite simply must do better and be better.

In the Netherlands a lot of people claim racism isn't an issue. I am however sure I would not have the life I have today if I were the same person with a non-Dutch name.
There is a tendency to downplay racist jokes to 'we don't actually mean it' and I see similarities with (football) fans downplaying racism in stadiums.
Couple of ideas:
- link as message specifically to our Global (Moon) launch
- if feasible work together with clubs to ban users from DAZN who are banned from stadiums due to racism

Those with the privilege of a platform that gives them the opportunity to speak to a global audience must be held accountable for their words. I am eager to know what actions will be taken to 'listen more carefully and respond more dramatically' so there is actual, meaningful change.

Being launched in so many different territories and enjoying the achieved success, DAZN now has the power to influence change through their content and by setting an example when it comes to company culture. Actions are louder then words.

I am on a fixed term contract, and there needs more black representation in senior positions.

DAZN has an incredible opportunity to genuinely make a difference for its employees and live up to the progressive values it aspires to be. If we are "For The Fans" then we can do a lot better than a well-intentioned statement for our multicultural and multi-ethnic audience, team members and brand ambassadors.

I am disappointed that there has been no internal communication on BLM. It's important for our organisation to actively speak out and support the movement - a statement is not enough. Our Employer Brand includes being brave, supportive and ambitious, so this should be echoed with actionable steps and accountability. We have a special opportunity, as a truly global disruptor brand to make impactful decisions on diversity and drive change.

Say his name: George Floyd.
Say her name: Breonna Taylor
Say his name: Ahmad Arbery
Say his name: Trayvon Martin
Say his name: Eric Garner
Say his name: Tamir Rice
Say his name: Walter Scott
Say his name: Philando Castile
Say his name.......
DAZN should of released a corporate stance on what we plan to do to be part of the change. Part of a change that is needed. Not just a statement from a single person at DAZN.
We must stand united and in solidarity with our black customers, players, colleagues, friends and family.

Statements are important but they are not enough. We need more tangible, actionable steps and examples of how DAZN is committed to contributing towards progressive changes.

I 100% stand by the black commmunity at DAZN and also share the opinion that as a multi- cultural company we should have a stronger voice.
