There needs to be a commitment to the community that lasts beyond the current climate. Proactive instead of reactive will bring good will to the community.

So proud of those who started this and those who have already signed. Let’s actually create change and live it daily instead of burying our heads in the sand. Black lives matter.

Racial diversity on the executive committee would be a good first step for DAZN to put action to their words

I was always taught that actions speak louder than words so let's back up our statement with some clear actions that show that we are serious.

Action is far more powerful than words. Yes, as an organisation, we must continue to listen. However it's time to define exactly how we are going to "respond more dramatically to the cries and voices of those who do not have a full share in the privileges of our society" Thanks so much to those who set this up. Black Lives Matter.

I fully support this initiative. Let's all carry the spirit of sportsmen- and womenship, equality and fair play that DAZN as a global sports brand represents and use it for good. We can do better than nice words and graphics on social media!

In the United States, where the core of this movement was started, we've been able to grow a relatively large audience through the sport of boxing. A sport that, from Henry Armstrong, to Joe Louis, to Muhammad Ali, has fought directly against these same civil injustices that are still being fought today. We need to use the platform we've created to sent a powerful message, and support a community that helped paved the way and make all of this possible. We need to be direct with our language and be comfortable with having uncomfortable conversations. We need to leave no doubt that we are committed to creating change and fighting for what's right.
