Diversity at DAZN has been an afterthought for far too long. This has to change.

Working in a diverse multi-cultural sports firm, I am hopeful BLM in real sense and the company can, beyond just corporate editorial release, take full stance on integrating all employees across race, religion, culture etc.

Words are easy, actions are hard - about high time DAZN focuses on the hard thing, not the fluffy words.

I really appreciated John Skipper's message. Although it felt as an individual person's message and not a company statement and it wasn't backed with any actions to help drive change within the company. I think I wasn't alone to judge this as a weak statement.

DAZN has brought completely new experience to sports fans across the globe, and has proven we can influence people everywhere. There is no reason why we couldn't do the same and more ! Asians living/lived in country outside of their home country have certainly experienced similar challenge, so being part of DAZN, we can take a position and action to influence people globally. Sports is a great common ground to do exactly that !

This is a huge issue - we all need to pull together to make sure our brothers and sisters of all colours/religions/races are treated equally and have the same opportunities. DAZN is a huge platform and has the ability to make a difference worldwide. If we do this right - we can help drive real change.

We work in an industry traditionally dominated by white men, and looking across the office floor (when that was possible) shows clearly that we're not doing enough to hire POC. Statements are fine, but having a workforce with a real diverse cross section of society would do far more.

I've been vocal about the lack of diversity at all levels of our organisation and was hoping for a much stronger statement of intent from the board at this time. If now is not the time to make bold plans, when is?

I witnessed the dismantling of apartheid in South Africa. And while it is the wise words of Mandela et al that are remembered now, it was the firm commitment to deeds and actions that brought about change. Viva Black Lives Matter, viva!

Being from California and as one of the few black men working out of the Japan office I feel like the statement issued by the company was underwhelming. Honestly it left me disappointed. It is my hope that DAZN can help drive change that is needed. #BLM
