We the citizens of Oakland demand the City of Oakland to privatize graffiti abatement. We the citizens of Oakland demand the City of Oakland to privatize landscaping and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, and bushes located on City streets. The citizens have called for service. We demand the City hire private contractors to complete this work with tax payer dollars. The City is not completing the service while the citizens are suffering the consequences of poor public health, pollution, and safety hazards.

Driving down High St is like navigating a junkyard. The city clearly cant handle it so just hire someone who will.
