It’s always a struggle to get through. Makes you wonder why Theres a practice at all. It’s quicker to go to A&E with problems than get through to the surgery.

My notes say if x happens I am to seek urgent medical advice. Triage process denied me the advice. If the company cannot honour their contractual responsibility and obligations they should be dealt with appropriately. The Dr's are great as are other staff. It's profit before patients and the company. Not the staff who I truly feel for.

My 90yr old mum was left battling for correct meds to be dispensed for 3 months. It took a formal complaint to get it sorted

The appointment system is very broken, you can never get an appointment because they only book 3 weeks in advance and those appointments go straight away once released. The telephone system is also broken, I always allow for an hour to get through and anything less is a bonus. The staff there are lovely…if only you can actually get to speak to or see them.

The appointments system is completely broken down. Long wait on the phone only to be told that all appointments have gone. Try tomorrow for the same result?

The appointment system is an absolute nightmare and needs to be reorganised, it’s also very unfair on the staff who get all the complaints for frustrated patients .

They contacted me for a blood test that was well overdue, the appointment was then cancelled,
I eventually managed to get one . I then got a message saying contact your GP you need to be prescribed tablets. Impossible so I went into the surgery and insisted on a telephone appointment, 10 days later I had a tel. app with the pharmacy team who then said only the GP can give you the prescription you need. The process took 6 weeks of continuous hanging on the phone and visiting the surgery. Lucky I was urgent it could have taken longer.

Very poor service . On the one occasion I needed an urgent appointment I could not get one, tried for 2 days had to go to casualty East Surrey Hospital . Would like to transfer to another surgery but impossible as so many are trying to do the same. Very very dissatisfied.

There are some good people working in this practice (Dr Wilkinson, the phlebotomy nurses and others) but some of the doctors and reception staff show a shocking lack of care and interest in their patients.

Totally frustrated with phone line, have tried to ring prescriptions line several times. Each time, voice message Said I was first in queue, hung on for 25 mins then told couldn’t answer call. At same time received text saying surgery had tried to call me and I should call back.
I was prescribed a new medication so can’t get repeat prescription on NHS app.
Don’t have access to phone ordering system so was trying to set this up.
Once you’re in the system and have spoken to a real person, it’s generally good, but it’s real challenge to do this, also very fruiifyoure trying to work too.

Totally agree it is a completely ineffective and inefficient practice and has been since the change to Modality
