Demand answers from Modality

Awful service

I would suggest that we all complain to CQC (Quality Care Commission), this can be done online, with enough complaints they can force improvement measures on Modality.

They have misdiagnosed my son twice now both time landed him in hospital. First was with strep a then with sepsis

Can’t get appointments on day let alone booking one for three weeks time and you could before covid

All the surgeries are the same, Crawley down and East grinstead

Terrible service, never get appointments told to go to A&E they get the right hump, because they say we should not be here its the doctors that should of seen us. Rubbish service it was never like this before

Judges Close surgery - GP care feels inaccessible and as a result very dangerous. I worry for those vulnerable patients in the area. It is a tragedy waiting to happen.

Cant get an appointment at all at the Crawley Down Clinic and are told to go to A&E instead! I rang as soon as the practice opened and was 6th in the queue, was told when I was 3rd in the queue there were no more appointments left for the day and to either ring again tomorrow or go to A&E. This means that only 3 people from the Crawley Down practice were given appointments the rest were from other clinics? It’s ridiculous that we are being told to go to an extremely strained A&E instead of seeing a doctor at our clinic! How can someones issue possibly not be urgent enough to see a doctor but it is urgent enough to go to A&E? It makes no sense and is disgraceful.

I’d like to echo the sentiments in this petition being registered with judges close which is also a modality surgery. Can never get an appointment and staff are rude when you do by miracle somehow get through!

Get rid of Modality. It’s unfit for purpose since all the surgeries merged together.

Our concerns mirror those raise here and specifically in relation to Crawley Down surgery under modality.

My father received heart surgery on January 3rd at Kings London, after a 3 week stay in hospital. He was sent home on January 5th and was referred to Ship Street for life saving after care. He has heard nothing. No nurse has come to visit weekly, as was required. He has had to self pay for private care as he has been so unwell. His recovery is slow as he was forced to spend 3 weeks in hospital waiting for this op due to the NHS being on its feet, and the damage caused to his organs and brain whilst waiting was bad enough. But to receive no support from Ship Street since his return is unacceptable

Shocking service and don’t even bother trying to get an appointment. Since Covid GP’s have lost interest.

Impossible to get through on the phone, let alone get an appointment!
