Totally unacceptable appointment booking system, simply told to call at 8.30am to have 19 plus callers ahead if you. By the time they answer you are told all appointments have gone and to call again tomorrow or go and fill up our already stretcheg hospital urgent departments.

Crawley Down practice is especially bad at getting an appointment. Over the past year have been unable to see a doctor when the kids under 7 have been ill. Just told to go to the Crawley walk in centre!

Whilst I understand that all practices are struggling with workforce and greater demand. It is very worrying, that only those who shout loudest or know their way around the system can access care. So many patients are denied care.

Fed up not being able to pre book appointments and told to ring again in few weeks. Totally unacceptable as I have multiple health conditions. None of which are being dealt with effectively

This really isn't good, my wife took 6 days to get a phone appointment, when the GP did call back, she was told to go straight to the Princess Royal out patients.

It is impossible to get through on the phone, there are never appointments. I have had referrals that have not been passed on. I have no idea who my doctor is.

For Crawley Down Health Centre: We have the same problem not being able to get appointments, even for very sick children. Being told to take a sick child to Crawley walk-in where there was an 8 hour waiting time is not acceptable. In the end I spent over 2 hours on the phone to NHS 111 and managed to get an appointment. Surely this is a waste of all of these resources. I worry that patients with serious conditions such as undiagnosed cancers won’t bother to seek medical advice because the system is designed not to let us see a Dr and patients will die unnecessarily as a result.

I am registered with Ship Street & have experienced problems getting an appointment. Modality also manage Judges Close, my 90 year old father in law can't understand why he can't get through.

The service provided is not fit for purpose as it is. At some point the inefficient management will result in a tragedy.

Since Modality have taken over Crawley Down, Judges close and Ship Street, you cannot get an appointment, the call waiting times are totally unacceptable, staff often extremely rude (probably due to the problems they face). Non qualified staff diagnosing and reviewing patient notes. When you eventually do get an appoint, various doctors haven’t taken the time to review the patients notes thus resulting in more problems in treatment, There are a few doctors who are amazing but trying to get an appointment with them is extremely difficult.

Can’t get appointments at your own surgery. Some of the staff extremely rude. Call waiting times are unacceptable. When and if you do manage to get an appointment some of the doctors haven’t read the case history and then end up causing more problems rather than solving them. There are a couple of amazing doctors but unfortunately since modality have taken over it’s become a complete shambles.
