The service received from my surgery (Judges Close) has become appalling since Modality has taken over. You can be on hold for 30 minutes + and still not get an appointment (including phone appointments).

Judges close do not provide a medical service to us anymore. No GPs to see us, even when hospital has asked us to be since by a GP.

Agree with all issues. Individually staff are very helpful. I was given an appointment for gynocology in Dorking!

The frustrations are the inability to get through to access a doctor then being directed to the urgent care centre by the receptionist rather than seeing the doctors themselves. When you do eventually get to see a GP they do listen to your concerns.

Wife has been trying to get an appointment
Phoned Monday no appointments but phone back Wednesday, phoned back today and no appointments phone tomorrow…… can you tell me when you have an appointment and I’ll make sure I’m ill to fit in with you…. Absolute joke and not fit for purpose

Demoralised and worried about my health due to not being able to see a doctor for 3 years in spite of 111 referring me. Can’t get past receptionist. Seems they are now our doctors. Modality is rubbish.

My family and myself are disgusted by what has happened to our GP surgery. At every turn people are being pushed towards private health care - it is a disgrace!!

It is tragic to see the decline in Ship St. Surgery and the others in the Modality group. The service is appalling.

I agree with all the comments regarding modality but would add that the doctor’s are excellent if you get that far, but getting to see them is virtually impossible. This situation must end.

I’ve been suffering with medical issues. Can’t get to see a doctor. But it’s bad enough for A&E

I’m so disappointed in our GP service now. We have seen a rapid decline in availability of appointments, ways to see a GP and OFTEN been referred to the local A&E dept or Minors. I actually cannot remember the last time I sat with a GP. Please reinstate am and pm emergency appts.

With Crawley Down surgery.
Impossible to ever get an appointment. Just hoping not to ever need the surgery urgently. I have ongoing ailments which I’ve just had to put on the back burner and hope they don’t escalate. All I can say to anyone using Modality is “don’t get ill, because you sure as hell won’t get any help from the surgery”
