Had a hospital appointment in September and the hospital informed me that I need to go back to my GP to discuss surgery options I’m still waiting for a GP appointment

Tried to book an appointment was told nothing for 3 weeks at least. After waiting on the line for 30 mins and then just hung up on. Don't bother now for the children, 111 or QVH.

Extremely disappointed in how all surgery's in the local area are run I now have two people i know who have died because of there inability to act on signs that even a toddler could say where life threatening

Impossible to get through to surgery. Not been able to see a doctor in ages. No econsult available, no Push app or Livi options. What are you supposed to do if you have a non urgent but still medical condition/ concern?!!!

It's not just Ship Street Surgery it's all surgeries in the modality group. I am registered at Crawley Down. Service has declined so much since modality took over. Less Dr's covering more and more patients. The only way to get an appointment is when things have become urgent because there were no appointments available beforehand.

New to the area & yet to see a dr. Phones not answered. Never been made aware of appointments procedures. Online or what? Have stood in reception with a repeat prescription in my hand & been ignored while one receptionist listened to the other receptionists conversation with the only other patient in the queue. Why are the waiting rooms always empty?

It is impossible to book a GP appointment at the Crawley Down health centre, my husband and I have been trying for months. There should be a facility to book non urgent appointments weeks in advance, during office hours by phone, or online remotely. Forcing people to wait on hold for hours only to have to call back another time is ridiculous.

Can't get routine appointments let alone a same-day appointment if needed!

Just who are Modality? They have really run down the surgeries of Ship St, Judges Cl, Crawley Down, and withdrawn access to Push Doctor as an available last resort. If, in the end, you do manage to actually get an appointment, I believe there is only one doctor on duty to see patients.
