As an over 80 year old I am so worried about being able to contact the surgery to get help.

Dusgraceful service. My step mother with heart issues told doctor not looked at results and then told by doctor he had looked at them days ago.this delay costs lives

My husband was told a doctor
would call him over two weeks ago and is still waiting for that call. Shocking service.

I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks to no avail. It is so worrying, What are we supposed to do !!

I use Judges close surgery and have recently used a neighbours dead father's steroids for a chest infection because I was too I'll to wait at Crawley walk in centre and I couldnt get a doctors appointment.

Ship Street surgery was once fantastic but since being taken over I struggle to get appointments and medical concerns are going unchecked.

Absolutely agree I've been at the surgery all my life. I've not seen a doctor from there now for 3 years. Can never get through and wait times on phone are exhausting

Was a fabulous doctors (judges close) …oh what a change! Where’s push doctor … someone will die through negligence sooner or later!

Am actually registered at Crawley Down surgery which is part of the Modality group and the service at our surgery is bad too.

Have never felt so let down… 1 hr and 15 mins to speak to someone, no appointments and no provision to book one … ever?!?! Some conditions require a GP, not a pharmacist or online research?!! What a complete shambles!!

Using google rather than a doctor as can’t get through is never good

Impossible to get appointments, can’t even pre book one, always get “you need to call at 8:30 am” on to be 20th in the queue and never an appointment left when I do get through to them. Rubbish service, no wonder A&E departments are over run.
