Modality are a disgrace, service has become far worse since they took over and I fear elderly patients are at risk as they don’t like to make a fuss & can’t get through on the phones.

I'm not actually with Ship St surgery, but am with Crawley Down, also run by Modality. Crawley Down is also afflicted by bad management, poor communication, lack of empathy and everything you don't want your doctors surgery to be.

Have not managed to get an appointment in 7 attempts despite neurosurgery in December. Don’t blame the people working there, but the constraints the business puts on them.
They need to start recording the number of refused appointments, I think they would be staggered.

Something needs to be done. This shambles can’t be allowed to carry on. I have been a patient at ship street for over 45 years but now feel as though I am just being ignored by ship street surgery. This is a very dangerous situation for every patient f this surgery. Change is needed NOW

Completely agree with all the issues raised. Ringing for an appointment only to be told ‘you are 29th in the queue’ is simply not acceptable.

I was always confident using ship street surgery they were the best surgery in my eyes. Now it's a battle to get through on the phone line, then you have no hope of an appointment.
