The service isn't strong enough to support vulnerable patients who are struggling to manage their own health and well-being

Unable to get any response or help with a disable person from Ship Street. Patients seem at the bottom of their priority list

Absolutely agree. I ended up in Redhill Hospital after receptionist refused to give me a app. After 5 days i struggled to breathe. Had i been given my medication on the 1st day i wouldnt have ended up there. Consultant was furious.

This situation is the same at Crawley Down Surgery which is also run by Modality and we need answers to.

Totally agree, needs a rethink on it's procedures.

The Modality chain of surgeries is an absolute joke to the point I have begged to move somewhere else.

Getting a GP appointment should not be that HARD!! That’s why we have all paid our NI for all our working lives!!! Sort it out

The service has to be more patient centric. To say, ' we have reached capacity ' when someone with a chest infection needs an appointment is outrageous

For the last month we have tried to get an appointment and could not get one.

Tried booking travel vaccinations, was told i had to fill in a form by text, the text took 2 hours to come through. after 3 weeks I went into the surgery to chase them up as i was told i would be contacted within a week, only to be told they hadn't processed the form (couldn't find it to start) it took another 3 weeks for the nurse to get back to me to give me advice and then gave me a wait of another 4 weeks until i could get them,

Totally agree. I honestly avoid going and put up with whatever is troubling me rather than go through the stress of trying to get an appointment…

Having moved to the area 2 years ago and registering with Judges Close, from an excellent surgery in Merstham, I feel less safe/confident for our health care/advice. I've never come across a service such as this.

The service at Crawley Down Surgery is a disgrace. You just cannot get to sit in front of a doctor

Had numerous problems with this surgery. Phone calls not followed up. Processes not completed properly. The phone at 8.30 for an appointment does not work. Completely unsatisfactory service since switching to modality

I would like to see a doctor, I feel at times that I need to be able to explain just how I am feeling . I can't remember when I last saw my own doctor.

I don’t bother ringing anymore as that’s beyond a joke, I just rock up and demand an appointment

My family is with Crawley Down. The booking system is entirely unsatisfactory. Always a struggle to get a face to face appointment. So stressful.

Crawley Down is as bad - also Modality. Phoned 2 mornings running & was told all appts had been taken after only 5-8 steps in queue. Ended up booking a video appt with a private GP just to get antibiotics. Later went in to book a routine appt for a different problem & was told thy only book 3 weeks ahead, had released week 3 the previous afternoon & was already fully booked.
