Uncontaminated, clean drinking water is the most important issue of all. No profit over people.

Granting this approval is an outrage that flies in the face of all prevailing evidence. It smacks of corruption.

This appears to be about profit for a select few and flagrant disregard for the community at large.

Clean uncontaminated water is a must!!! No deals !!! All businesses must be responsible to their communities ! Do we want another Flint type situation in our backyard ?? Different set of circumstances . The end result can be the same. ...Water that is not healthy to consume .

GREED. This DEC is part of an administration that has no regard for the environment. There other proposals include oil drilling off the coast of Long Island, continued subsidies for fossil fuel and coal mining, relaxation of air and water pollution laws and climate denial.

I am in agreement that NYS DEC hold a public hearing regarding the Sand Land Mine. Let's not allow another "Flint Michigan" contaminated water delema occur!
