I think there should definitely be a public hearing to further determine what should be decided on this important water issue.

An outrage to allow the operation of blight on our health and environment.

There are many good reasons this mine should be shut down. it never was legally permitted to operate mulching and all its buildings are illegal.

I am opposed to a permit for the Sand Land Mine. We need to stop these polluters. Frightening.

I am shocked that this agreement was made in a meeting closed to the public. A forum open to the public must be held immediately for us to voice our concerns.

We demand that the DEC be held to public scrutiny for their complete disregard for the safety, health and well being of their citizens.

Time to listen to the community. Time to release the new data on the high rate of breast cancer on the East End. Time to shut down the mine that sits of our aquifer.
