Things need to change fast in this city and all over the country, really. Emergency Response is not close to as efficient or helpful as it should be...sometimes it can be outright predatory. I have had horrific experiences with both APD and EMS in Austin, TX

My son had a seizure and the cops showed up with guns drawn instead of medics. It is absolutely terrifying what is happening in this city. We pay taxes for help not for this nightmare.

Too many people getting hurt because the wrong responders are showing up. Fix the dispatch systems before someone else dies.
