Beach Tennis what exactly is Beach Tennis? Beach Tennis merges the world of beach volleyball and tennis. It is related to beach volleyball but played with a depressurised tennis ball and paddle & it's played on a regulation beach volleyball court.
Beach Tennis can be played both competively or recreationally & because it's so simple to play, it appeals to athletes and non athletes of all ages and all levels. Perfect way to spend time with family and friends with a combination of a fun sporting activity with sun, sea and sand.
Delray Beach already has permanent volleyball courts and we would like for Delray Beach, FL to be the first city in Palm Beach County to have permanent Beach Tennis courts.

The city officials in Delray Beach ignored us for long enough but this surge of support proves they cannot brush us off anymore. We are building the kind of pressure that forces these people to finally pay attention.

Sports at the beach can attract tourists and encourage people from all ages do exercise, and that couldn't be a better place to enjoy it
Health, fitness and dollars spent with local businesses. Otherwise, they will go to another town and our small business owners will lose that potential revenue!
There are 8 volleyball courts and there is space to place 4 beach tennis courts just north of them at the south end of the beach
alot if people are having a lot of fun with it! I think it promotes positive activities at the beach and who doesn't want that?
I can not wait to see Delray Beach be the first city in Palm Beach County to have Beach Tennis on theory beautiful beaches. #KeepSouthFloridaBeaches Beautiful please sign and share thank you
