There should be more time to review this project-we didn't have a chance to weigh in at the front.

8th ave is being ruined with the reckless development. I'm all for progress but there is no planning or symmetry I this case.

Too much emphasis is placed on increasing population density and not enough on infrastructure in the area. Especially traffic control.

I'm also concerned about the proposal to kill the old Magnolia tree on 8th Ave.

Lay off on the demolition and development. Also, how about some setback so construction projects arent in the ROAD. Demonbruen is awful right now!

Please save the magnolia and maples trees. In addition, require further attention to how this very large complex will affect traffic flow.

I vote to defer the Broadstone 3rd reading until tyhe developers have honored their commitment to making necessary revisions to address community concerns. What's he rush? Haste always makes waste.

I am very concerned about the over development I see in my neighborhood. There need to be limits put on developers.

Defer, and show you care about transparency. Or don't defer, and show you care more about the developers than the community and its citizens.

This development is simply too large and does not fit with the character of the neighborhood. I also have serious concerns about the impact this development will have on traffic- 8th ave is alread congested at rush hour. Finally, there are no sidewalks on the section of 8th ave where this development is proposed. This will pose a significant safety hazzard.

As a family living near this proposed development, and having seen the impact already of other dense 8th avenue developments, I would like to see the scale of this project be re-assessed.

We do not need the additional traffic this development will generate. Please get development under control. Stop SP Zoning.
