Greedy Nashville developers are destroying our wonderful city with their hideous housing and developments in sweet, quant neighborhoods where developments don't belong. Please listen to the people on this petition and the folks from this neighborhood and let the voters voices be heard!

This needs to be deferred so that more public input can be received. The first two readings of this legislation occurred before the developers even presented the final plan to area property owners. Many revisions need to be made to this plan before it is approved. There needs to be more community input.

Smart Development should happen For the people, not To the people. A deferral is appropriate. This is gonna my to happen in many of our neighborhoods. Let's do better.

As a 12th South resident for 10 years this needs to be deffered and have more community input. They have been far from transparent in their development plans. This development currently is out of scale with the neighborhood and will have a huge impact on 8th and 12th Avenue South residents.

I am opposed to this development as proposed. I live a block away and this development will negatively impact the immediate residential neighbors. I would urge the council to defer until the project's developers follow through on their promises to revise the project and address the concerns raised by residential neighbors.

I live in the immediate vicinity of this project and have lived here for 22 years. This project like many in this area is out of scale for the infrastructure of the immediate area. I would urge that the council defer until the developers can make the necessary revisions that address the concerns of those of us impacted by this development.

I live on the 2300 block of Elliott Ave. We already have a traffic and parking problem. If this project is built as I understand it is, our problems are going to get worse. If the current zoning of 1 parking place for a one bedroom and 1.5 parking for a 2 bedroom apartment, the situation will be gridlock. Please address these issues before granting a permit.

Elliott Avenue cannot accomodate an entrance to this complex. Move it.
