We cannot have this type of structure in our neirborhood. Plus, the precident it will set is scary! That amount of traffic cannot be forced onto Elliot!

We live within a block of the proposed project. We would like to see more consideration given to possible detrimental effects on the neighborhood.

We are saddened daily by the developments which have changed the neighborhood we loved just 10 yrs ago to a mismatch of ackward buildings sitting along side lovely family dwellings. Please do not allow this building plan proceed as currently presented!!

The city is showing total direguard for history and charm. Saving this tree is worth the effort and helps our ever growing city. They paved paradise and put in a parking lot.

Four story tall apartments are in conflict with the residential single family home neighborhood in which this proposed project is located.

Please listen to the people who have lived in this neighborhood for 16 plus years. Neighborhoods are built slowly by people not quickly by construction then abandoned and on to the next project.

It's not enough that tornados destroy old trees but when our developers don't respect them, that is anything but progress. The new miliennial feeling that now exists in East Nashville, The Gulch, and Melrose-Wedgewood is progressive and efforts to detroy this tree to build whatever in it's place is anything but progressive. Respec this tree and build around it. It may cost you a little more but you'll get the respect of the community and that should be important for you.

Sadly all these deals get fast-tracked with limited public input. It's the developers' method to maximize profit and the neighbors live with the consequences. Shame on them.
