This is such an egregious attack on Christianity and a clear, willful violation of Antonis' Constitutional rights. It is truly a sad day when someone who has been elected to uphold the law of our land takes it upon herself to force her personal beliefs on innocent victims. Let us all pray to our resurrected Savior to right this wrong and implore His forgiveness for those that brought upon these autrocities.

Does the judge realize that Orthodoxy IS The Christian Faith !

This is a shocking and disgusting situation and one that is not in the child's best interest. Father should not only appeal, but get legal advice on filing a complaint against this prejudiced order and have representation from the Greek Archdiocese. A case for the supreme court?

This should never be an issue. The Orthodox make amazing parents.

A loving parent should be allowed to share the things that are important to them with their children, especially matters of faith and heritage.

It’s very sad that a judge is denying a farther is religious rights to teach his daughter. Do to The relationship status with his wife if the men has a great relationship with his daughter and sharing and teaching orthodox Christianity why would any judge want to put him in jail

As an Orthodox Christian, I find this sort of treatment of a fellow believer appalling. Please allow his daughter to be raised in the true faith.

This judge needs to step down, she is abusing her power, and violating his constitutional rights as an American citizen. Growing up know about your ethnicity and faith is not brainwashing, children should be informed of where they come from. I grew up in a Greek Orthodox Christian home, nothing about my culture or my faith is harmful to anyone!!!

Every child has a right to learn both religions of both parents. This father loves his daughter and shows that by taking the time to share his religion and faith

What the judge is doing is discrimination and he should request another judge to hear the case

I am an Orthodox Christian. Born in this Great country. I have always worn a cross and always obeyed the fasting restrictions during the lenten periods as prescribed by the Church. To think that this country, built on religious freedom, is denying this father to raise his daughter in the Orthodox Faith is very disheartening. I pray that he has the strength to preserve. God Bless him and his daughter. Christ is Risen!

This judge should be impeached and removed from the bench for religious discrimination against a Christian Faith and another culture. Just because the mother wants to be an ignoramous and not know another language doesn’t mean the world or her daughter shouldn’t. This should be on national news!! Ridiculous!

This is getting too personal. A parent should be able to share his heritage and culture.
