This is a sad situation. A good father being denied the right to raise his child in a loving and respectful way. I hope and pray he will be reunited. My heart breaks for them. I also was separated from one of my parents because of hatred. I divorced as an adult, but my children were not kept from their father even though we didn't see eye to eye. A child loves both parents and is deeply hurt when they are kept from them. Please allow this father and daughter to be together.

Shame on this judge for violating the religious rights of Antonio's of which is unlawful and illegal. He needs to go to the appeals court and he also to file a complaint against the judge for the ex parte hearing.

If the mother didn't like how religious the father is, then she shouldn't have been with him. Do NOT take religious rights from ANYONE, nor their rights to raise their children in that religion. The mother does not need to agree with it or promote it, but by golly she HAS to learn to tolerate it. Where has religious tolerance gone?

This is disgraceful! Parents do not separate their ethnicity and religion from their parenting. This mother is being vindictive and harming her daughter to get back at her ex husband and the courts are allowing it! Here is a loving father sharing his faith and culture with his child- what we all do as parents.
