I find it appalling that this most Dishonorable Judge could find a way to attack ethnic rights, father's rights and religious liberty all in one case. A new low.

Is this America? I do not believe this is happening. No judge is also above the law and the US constitution. This is prosecution against christian faith.

This is why we don't entertain Constitutional rights being taken away, because hey, what's one more? Judges need to be held accountable.

Another year. Another Century. Enter the militant Atheists yet again. This time in America. All too familiar. Not surprising that this is happening in South Carolina.

This sounds eerily similar to the outcome of my children visiting with me after divorce. The whole country has espoused femisnist ideals at the detriment of divorcing fathers. The man is NOT afforded the same rights to their children as is a woman.

Outrageous!

I am truly disgusted by what I just read. The judge is clearly disregarding his constitutional rights to free religion and appears to be judging on her racial beliefs rather than following the law.

This is supposed to be a free country. What does teach have to do with brainwashing, if that is the case then school should be considered brainwashing building since they are teaching our kids what they want to teach them.

This is not acceptable. No judge ha step right to determine a Childs upbringing, who on earth do they think they are? The only thing a budget has the right to do is to remove children that are being abused. This is clearly not the case. Clearly this judge is an Atheist.
