The existence or non-existence of God cannot be proven or disproved. It is a matter of Faith. The correctness of the Orthodox faith likewise cannot be legally proven or disproved. Fundamental to Orthodoxy is the teaching that we should love all people including our enemies, strive to be at peace with all people: hurt or offend no one. It would seem that Judge Worley's personal views are interfering with her judgement and should exclude her from this case.
