The judge has the sworn responsibiliy to be objective. Hard to believe that in this country religious and personal rights appear to be ignored ir dismissed. Does a judge have the protection of the U.S. CONSTITUTION to violate these rights as protected by the law. G G Passias.

This is discrimination. This is an infringement of freedom of religion. The judge is a disgrace to the American judicial system and should lose all privledges as a judge and be removed from the legal system period! The judge has put personal beliefs before the needs of the state and is therefore unqualified to serve as a non partisan judge.

This Judge needs to be removed from the bench! Mr. Hondroulis and his ex have the right to share their religious beliefs with their daughter and once the daughter is old enough, she should be free to decide which religion, if any, she wishes to adopt. A common thread among all relgions is love and respect. This Judge should turn to those aspects and leave personal feelings or bias' out of it. The corruption and discrimination that are being perpetrated by members of the court in this matter MUST be fully exposed. The churches must cast off the notion of separation of church and state and stand united with Mr. Hondroulis for his sake and the sake of all Orthodox Christians. This is a vile and wicked form of persecution.

What ever happened to a diverse America? Let this child learn about her heritage, traditions and her beautiful Greek culture and language. This can only be a plus in her adult life.
