This is a direct violation of the first amendment. This judge has done something vile. No parent should be stripped of their custody over heritage or religion. This is absolutely disgusting to have happened.

Let's take Judge Anna E. Worley at her own words. In Q & A from October 9, 2016, here is what she said to Indy Week:
" Our founding fathers promised justice for all, and I have done what I can to maintain that promise . . . As I approach each case, I remember that the resolution of cases lies not in personal beliefs, but in the application of the laws to a litigant’s particular facts. A judge should not hold a litigant’s beliefs against him. When the choices of a litigant seem different from what one might have chosen for oneself, a judge must remember that the Bill of Rights protects all manner of philosophies, speech, and beliefs."
Does it appear that she is upholding any of what she said? Denying a father his right to teach his daughter his faith is upholding the Bill of Rights?
If anyone attended the last hearing, think also about Worley's statement that she is "committed to giving everyone a fair hearing, respectfully listening to the evidence provided, and allowing everyone his say in court."
This is an outright lie. A witness at the trial said the judge was anything but objective. The mother was given an hour and forty minutes to speak. Antonios? Twenty minutes.
This is a travesty, an injustice.
Let's remember what that great thinker Solzhenitsyn wrote about a need for people to stand up for one another: "After all, we have gotten used to regarding as valor only valor in war (or the kind that’s needed for flying in outer space), the kind which jingle-jangles with medals. We have forgotten another concept of valor — civil valor. And that’s all our society needs, just that, just that, just that! That’s all we need and that’s exactly what we haven’t got."
Time for civil valor.

How can this judge get away with this take it to the high court i am an Australian woman married to a greek man and i think its in the best interest of the children and grandchildren to learn all about thier religion's and traditions and cultures of both sides of the family i would like to know what the judges religion and believes are for her to be doi g what she is doing and i would be trying to have her dismissed from the case because of it and she is being biased

For a long time now we see, that slowly,the evil takes the rights from human ,especially from the original and traditional human, just because they recognize the One and only One God!!! Also We realize that the evil starts to become afraid ! For that is trying to spread fears all over just because God’s time is coming back and will triumph. My brother in Christ please be strong and keep teaching your daughter from your good example, and don’t be afraid, God be with you.
