"Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" are being replaced by Death, Repression and the spread of misery. Kyrie eleison!

Seems like the Nazis are making a comeback. Terrible way to be treated.

This is bs... especially in a country like the U.S. where you can find every single religion.

Orthodox Church is the original church set up by Jesus Christ to his disciples. We have an unbroken chain of bishops from the time of Sts. Peter and Paul. It is the only church holding on to the truth! Christianity by any other name is less than the truth.

It sounds like a nightmare from the defunct Soviet Union. This is not the America into which I was born! SHAME!

This judge should be disbarred. This child is so lucky to be able to learn a second language and learn about the culture and customs of her forebears. What right does this judge have to interfere. And what is wrong with the mother that she started this travesty of justice.

You must stop religion and caltural prosecution .. T he government should not have the right to dictate to parents how to raise their children. As long as there is nothing criminal involved a parent should have the freedom to teach their children as they see fit.

It is in the end the daughters choice if she wishes to follow the Greek Orthodox doctrine/system. It is a personal choice not one for some court official to dictate on
