Update: MAY 30, 2018 -
Antonios secured legal counsel using the phase:1 gofundme.com donations and he has received back limited visits with his daughter of 5 hours a week in public places.
He continues to fight an uphill battle to return to shared custody. The only cited reasons remain focused on religious and ethnic differences. He still hopes to overcome these so that he may resume caring for his daughter and one day attend the Divine Liturgy again together.
The previously postponed hearing has been rescheduled for July 17th, 2018.

On behalf of Antonios, we would like to personally thank you for passionately supporting his rights as an Orthodox Christian father.
What's next? Antonios will receive the funds electronically through the withdraw process to support his legal fees as promised, and with secured legal counsel he will prayerfully fight to defend his rights!

Last I checked, the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment still gives us the right to worship as we choose, as well as our other freedoms under the Constitution! Unbelievable and outrageous attack on liberty and the customary practice of Christians.
I am a Catholic and I cannot stand to see this, this is an insult to anything that is good. A father should have the ability to teach his daughter their family customs, practices, and religion because this is what a parent is supposed to do.
As a Greek, and as an American citizen, I am ashamed that an American court would deprive a father his basic constitutional rights. This is anti American. I stand by Antoni, and support his God given right to raise his daughter lovingly, and to teach her faith.
You must stop religion and caltural prosecution .. T he government should not have the right to dictate to parents how to raise their children. As long as there is nothing criminal involved a parent should have the freedom to teach their children as they see fit.
I know both the father and the daughter and they love each other. Antonios is a very good father (for sure better than me). The accusations are all lies. If the way the Court system works represents USA, then this country is in big troubles.

This is absurd and disgraceful! Everyone should have the right to follow their own religion. No harm is being done by the father who is encouraging his child to engage in her culture and heritage. It just goes to show how hypocritical the court system is.
