Let's make this self-supportive ie. Solar lights, cleaned by community service from courts, citizen patrols trained by police with cell phones, we have a town forest but not easily accessible only complainers wouldn't make this work

Yay - go Rail Trail. I am 100% behind this project. Dedham needs more green space to safely bike, walk, hike and run. Let's turn this wasted space that is riddled with litter, and turn it into a place where all of Dedham can get off the grid and enjoy nature!
