We have processes for a reason and just because they are inconvenient at times does not mean they should be discarded. I also think the randomness of legal ages undermines the entire scope of are related rights. Drivers license, voting, drinking, independence, consent etc. By assigning different ages it suggests relative importance.

They have not been taught history, cursive, ( can’t sign their name ) or anything that prepares them to vote. These kids are not prepared to vote on important issues! Stop your leftist tactics!!

Even 18 year olds need basic financial training just for everyday life. 16 year olds seldom have both sides to an issue. Just the teachers opinion generally. Some parents do a great job of keeping family aware but not all.
