In a the event that the Chinese New Year falls on a Sunday, we hereby petition the Government to decree the Dragon Boat Festival or the Moon Festival as a public holiday in Mauritius.

its only fair that we get the day off since we miss out on the public holiday when it falls on a sunday. this makes total sense.
