An additional referendum must be added to the Aha. One that is most important to our success of the Kingdom if any time it should become relevant. The US has the 11th Amendment, Hawai'i was not a part of it, and its being used against all Hawaiians to file claims of suit against the STATE. The immunity law is prejudiced toward the equal rights and the First Amendment of Government Redress. Whereas, we the people of Hawai'i have a right to protect our legal right to sue.
Wildman Commeth.
P.S, Will not be able to make it at that time an date, is there any other choice like in a Sat, early morning or afternoon based on the my schedules....if not, mahalo.

ʻAha Aloha ʻĀina is a true expression of Hawaiian self-determination arising from grassroots organization and not co-optation by the occupying country. There is no annexation treaty to legitimize the contrived American ʻaha, so-called "Naʻi Aupuni," being force-fed on a handful Kānaka Maoli whose consent is manufactured through exploitation of the Stockholm syndrome.

It is an absolute truth that the power of the government derives its legitimacy from the governed. The people hold the ultimate executive power.

NO TREATY! NO LAWS! NO LANDS! It is NEVER too late to right the wrongs that have been done to our people and our lands!!! We should take on this kuleana and NOT pass it on to our keiki to fix. We are the ONLY country in the world with NO debt! We are the richest country, not only monetarily but in LOVE & ALOHA! Ko Hawai'i Pae 'Aina is the HEART of the world! If we, Her people don't fight for Her who else will? The GREEDY (that want to continue to make money off of Her) THAT'S WHO!!! Enough is ENUFF!!! Let's fight the good fight! International laws are on our side! A country can't be overthrown by another country's Joint Resolution and be more then 12 miles outside of their borders! Our history isn't what we've been told. May the TRUTH, LOVE & LIGHT prevail!!!
