Definitely the Developers SHOULD be held accountable for their misguided building on land which WILL become damaged by lack of preventable flooding of the houses built in their locations.

From what I can see in the neighborhood. Water has not receded as rapidly as in past storms. There are still areas with significant flooding. Something locally has changed. Construction in the area should be haulted until resolved. This action called for by the petition can help.
