Our county is being destroyed by overbuilding. Ripped down forest which were homes too many beautiful wildlife. Where do they go now the traffic is out of control.

My home was one that was flooded. I am now in a rental with my husband and pets. I am a lifetime Sarasota resident and I have never seen flooding like this. We have lived in our home over 20 years and the flood zone was changed. It would be nice if Sarasota county Would give brakes to people that have to pay to utility bills. It would be great if they could dredge Phillipi Creek. That apartment building at the corner of Eva and Vista and the Legacy Trail, I believe in addition to all the other building, we have had a huge impact on this not just the amount of rain.
