Resident of Saddle Creek. Land use MUST be reviewed before any further housing development approvals go forward.

Horrible flooding, ridiculous amount of traffic and getting worse. Road rage out of control because our beautiful landscape is forever being changed. Our wildlife is being crushed because of unchecked building. Why is it that SO FEW Have ignored the many who live and work here? We have a voice and won’t be bullied by those who chose to take our voices away. I will most definable be at the meeting.

Stop the building!! Too many homes. I have a pond on my property that is always dry?? I am afraid my well may run out of water. If you need to speak to a realtor I will speak to you.

Keep the 5/10 acre lots as planned to help with rain water runoff. This development is giving the water no where to go. Either keep 5/10 acre lots for runoff or have the developers pay for widening the local slough which includes bridges and all other expenses.

Please reserve the 49 acres in Gulf Gate for floodplain management, infrastructure, mitigation, bay health initiatives. Sarasota County needs offset areas due to the amendments made to The Comprehensive Plan and increased impervious surface from development.

The steps mentioned in this petition are necessary logical steps to take before any consideration of more land development

Planning for future development MUST include all related aspects, including drainage and roads necessary to accommodate water flow and traffic.
