The one neighborhood that flooded. With the multiple lakes and then the subdivision was surrounded by a river. Of course it was going to flood.

The Pinecraft levee failing needs to be investigated and addressed. phillippi creek needs to be dredged as it used to be. Drainage ditches all over the county are silted in!
